Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia)

    • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within Australia.
    • Express Shipping: $7.99 AUD flat rate.

    Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (with the exception of Hair Systems and custom-made products)
    • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • International Shipping

    • To be quoted prior to checkout - please email before you submit the order.

    Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
    • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Liberty Hair is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

  • Liberty Hair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Liberty Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Liberty Hair will confirm the delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
